Since 1990, Cenibra (a pulp e paper producer) and Crax (an NGO) have been working in order to protect the red billed curassow, an endangered species of Bird. Twenty five years later, Acquaflora joined the studies sponsoring it and helping in the counting of the population, checking how the animals are doing.
